If you are contacting me about a quote, please provide any information regarding your requirements and deadline; the more information I have upfront, the more accurate I can be. I cannot provide any quote without seeing the source material first.

Further, if you are enquiring about translation or proofreading, please either attach the source file or add a link to it, and let me know whether you need a sworn translation (certified by an Italian Court or a Public Notary) and/or an apostille. If you are not sure, simply tell me the purpose of the translation (immigration, etc.) and I will be more than happy to guide you.

If you are enquiring about video captioning or subtitling, please add a link to the source video (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo).

Your privacy is safe with me!

I only keep my clients’ material for as long as it is needed to complete the job, and then destroy it securely.
if the quote is not accepted within a few days, I immediately destroy it.
Personal data used for invoicing is stored securely, pursuant to the European GDPR Law.

All my work is duly invoiced pursuant to the applicable Italian and European laws.
